Roshan created the first goal-oriented Call Center and introduced international standards of customer service in the country. Today, we provide services around 6 million customers with a response rate of 97%. Our team is available in three languages, Dari, Pashto and English, from 6 AM -10 PM seven days a week
For our female customers who prefer to talk with a female representative, they can register to call Roshan’s Women Call Center by dialing 333 and selecting option 9 on Saturdays from 6 AM to 4 PM.
