• Every point you earn will be valid for 12 - 23 months, and all points will expire once in a year. (For example; if you have accumulated 250 points in the month of January 2016, these points will be valid for another 12 months until January 2017. If, however, you have accumulated points in the month of February 2016, your points will be valid until January 2018).

•  Your points will be calculated since your registration date in the loyalty program and will expire next year on the same date. For example, if you have been participating in the loyalty program on June 21, 2016, your points will expire on June 21, 2017, based on the 12 and 23-month validity.

Now Roshan Customers can use new wonderful features in our loyalty program. Customers can now extend the validity period of their loyalty points, purchase more loyalty points and transfer their points to their family and friends. In sum, the new features are as following:

1-    Extend Points Validity: Customers will be asked to Activate a bundle/top up their account as soon as customers top up credit or activate the bundle their loyalty points expiry date will be extended.

2-      Purchase Points: Customers can purchase 500, 1000 and 2000 loyalty points. This feature helps customers who are off by a few points to get their loyalty rewards by purchasing points. To purchase points, please follow directions:

•  To purchase 500 points for 15 Afn, dial *1212*500#
•  To purchase 1000 points for 30 Afn, dial *1212*1000#
•  To purchase 2000 points for 60 Afn, dial *1212*2000#

3-Transfer Points: Customers can also transfer 300 and 600 loyalty points to their family and friends. To transfer points, please do the following:

• To transfer 600 points for 15 Afn, dial *1212*79XXXXXXX*600#
•  To transfer 300 points for 8 Afn, dial *1212*79XXXXXXX*300#
