How it works?
Typically, Outbound Dialer is a call made to the customer during which a voice prompt is played.

• The system then updates the status of calls in the database.
• Additionally, the system redials un-responded calls at the scheduled time within the defined time frame.

We believe everyone deserves access to information to be able to make well-informed decisions, large and small. Information can literally save lives, in a country like Afghanistan where it is inundated with tons of remote areas and infrastructure can make it difficult to get information to the masses via conventional means of TV, Radio and or door to door. Granted TV and Radio waves have increased over the years but poor electricity, make it hard to reach the masses especially with people living in remote areas.
We have an info line made of a short code local number 234 that callers can call in and obtain information on any variety of information at their own leisure and local language.
Roshan has developed, test and implement the Interactive voice response (IVR) platform and offer 5 free calls in a month for all the Roshan subscribers.
